Overview
KIA of Streetsboro is seeking a Dispatcher for our growing Service Department. We are looking for an individual who will provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesThe Automotive Dispatcher is responsible for the flow of vehicles in and out of the facility. This role will understand the time and labor commitments required for each service and route vehicles to the appropriate technicians. Dispatchers are expected to maintain an even flow of work throughout the day at the dealership.
Qualifications- Must be able to manage in a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of automobiles
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude
- High aptitude for problem solving
- Attention to detail
- 5 years of Automotive/Dealership customer service experience
$40,000.00 - $65,000.00
