Advanced Dental Care of Streetsboro, part of Heartland Dental, is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.
Hours- Monday: 6:30 am – 6:30 pm
- Tuesday: 6:30 am – 6:30 pm
- Wednesday: 6:30 am – 6:30 pm
- Total: 33 hours per week
As a Dental Hygienist, you will be an integral member of the patient care team, providing exceptional lifetime care. You will have full clinical autonomy, deliver preventive care, perform dental hygiene procedures, screen patients, document medical histories, and utilize technology such as Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.

Advance Dental Care of Streetsboro, like each Heartland Dental supported office, is unique to the community and the patients they serve. With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained team on site, and a vast network of experts across the nation, you’ll have access to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental.
Minimum Qualifications- Current dental hygienist license in Ohio
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- Both new graduates and experienced hygienists encouraged to apply
- Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to provide preventive care and maintain patients’ dental health
- Willingness to adapt to clinical needs as required by the office
- Ability to perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year
- TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN)
