• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and school teams
• Ability to assess student needs and design individualized intervention plans
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability in dynamic educational environments

• Deliver occupational therapy services on an individual or small group basis to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress according to school guidelines and IEP requirements
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to integrate therapy goals within classroom and school routines
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations tailored to each student’s needs
• Adapt interventions for varying developmental levels, learning styles, and abilities within the K-12 age range
