Position Summary

The HR Manager role supports, implements, and executes all tactical aspects of the HR function.

Job Description

The HR Manager role supports, implements, and/or executes tactical aspects of the HR function, including but not limited to:

  • Positive employee and labor relations (employee engagement, union avoidance, collective bargaining)
  • Performance and talent management (employee development & succession planning, annual review processes, termination processes, etc.) in partnership with local practices and applicable business processes
  • Total rewards (compensation, benefits) and recognition programs
  • Learning and organizational capability (training delivery & design, leadership development, etc.)
  • Government and legislative compliance, internal investigations, and good will initiatives
  • Policy and process change management and implementation in partnership with legal, HR operations team members, and COE's
  • Other HR initiatives to drive site, company, or functional goals and strategies (Diversity & Inclusion, retention analysis, etc.)
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist/Manager experience supporting high performance work teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, principles, and practices
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data in the decision‑making process
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and build effective relationships
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to perform independently and is self‑directed and self‑motivated
  • Experienced in leading organizational change initiatives and HR processes
  • PHR or similar certification
