Machine Operator – Day Shift / Night Shift

• 12‑Hour Day Shift
  : 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (rotating 3 days/4 days) – $21.00
• 12‑Hour Night Shift
  : 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (rotating 3 nights/4 nights) – $21.00 + $1.00 shift differential

• Machine start‑up, operation, and shut‑down procedures
• Basic machine troubleshooting as needed
• Maintain adjustment sheet entries for assigned machine
• Fill the appropriate cube with correct color powder
• Ensure correct weight of cube for pouring into mold
• Pull finished parts and place on chute for assembly
• Place and remove chains on machine
• Clean work area, machines, and equipment
• Train helpers on proper adjustments and mold set‑ups
• Maintain housekeeping on platform and entire machine area
• Regularly lift 10 lb., frequently lift up to 25 lb., occasionally lift up to 50 lb.
• Perform other responsibilities as needed
