We are seeking skilled welders who have a strong understanding of welding processes, shop drawings, and safety practices, and who are able to perform high-quality welds on various materials including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Work hours are Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.; overtime is available.

• Set up and operate welding equipment and fabrication machinery
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding as required
• Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols
• Inspect completed welds and structures to ensure quality and compliance
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines
• Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Trade school or vocational training is a plus
• Must have three to five years of hands‑on welding experience in a fabrication environment
• AWS Certification preferred but not required
• Must be proficient in MIG and TIG welding;
  Stick welding is a plus
• Must have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols
• A strong knowledge of metal types, thicknesses, and behavior under heat is needed
• Must be familiar with grinders, torches, plasma cutters, and other tools
• Must have the ability to pay a strong attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and be extremely safety conscious
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis and be able to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions throughout the shift
• Must be comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to heat, sparks, and metal particles
