Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Second Shift Pressroom Manager to oversee our production operations during the evening hours at our facility. This role is vital in ensuring efficient manufacturing processes aligned with our commitment to excellence.

• Supervise and coordinate the second shift pressroom team to meet daily targets.
• Run a newspaper web press and train others.
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the shift.
• Manage equipment operation.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow.
• Train and develop team members for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate production records and report on shift performance.

• Proven experience in print manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Web Offset Printing and color management.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during evening hours.
