As a CNC Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts efficiently. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure all output meets quality standards and safety protocols.
What You'll Do- Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling or lathe machines to produce precision parts.
- Performing essential tool changes and offset adjustments confidently to ensure precise machining.
- Managing quality and production standards while strictly adhering to all safety protocols.
- Utilizing CNC Haas milling machinery to manufacture components that meet exact customer specifications.
- Conducting first-piece and in-process inspections of parts to verify compliance with print and process specifications.
- Communicating effectively with the production team to meet daily output goals.
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or CNC Machinist.
- Hands-on experience with CNC milling or lathe machining; direct experience with Haas machines is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform tool changes and offsets independently.
- Strong attention to detail with experience in quality inspections and measurement tools.
- A reliable, safety-conscious mindset and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Location & ScheduleThis position is on-site in Streetsboro, Ohio, and offers a Monday through Thursday schedule from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
