Duties &Responsibilities Include:
Will be based out of the local office and will be traveling throughout the country as needed for equipment startups, demos, and various customer meetings. Should have a good understanding of heavy equipment. This position is not necessarily going to directly repair the equipment; they will be more of a diagnostic analyst, troubleshooter for machine operators. They will educate customers on how to maintain the equipment.
There will be almost 2 years of training by the current rep on how to handle the troubleshooting and warranty filing needs.
REQ:
Heavy equipment/Capital Equipment maintenance experience with the willingness to travel. Ideally construction equipment experience, diesel engine experience, and hydraulics experience.
