RNLI is seeking a Senior Station Technician/Station Technician at Stromness Lifeboat Station to lead team operations and maintain lifeboat readiness. The role requires engineering expertise, with focus on marine diesel engines, along with superb leadership and team motivation skills.

Qualifications include NVQ L4/SVQ L5 in engineering or equivalent. The role necessitates a 24/7 pager response capability.
