You will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed service level agreements. You will develop knowledge of the designated cleaning area, timing of work, and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with health and safety requirements. You will undertake all required training, work effectively within a team, and build positive working relationships with customers.

You will deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role; open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
