Relief Cleaner

Overview

In your new role as a Cleaning Operative you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.

You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

• Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring it is kept in safe working order and meets all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, schedule, and use of all cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with Health and Safety requirements.
• Complete all required training to perform the cleaning role.
• Work as part of a team and, where appropriate, take initiative.
• Establish positive, productive working relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service.
