Part-Time Payroll Processor

Position Summary

provides payroll processing and reporting services to construction companies across the U.S. We are currently looking for energetic individuals to become part of our payroll processing team. As a payroll processor
, you would be responsible for processing multiple client payroll accounts on a weekly basis. Positions are part-time, Monday through Wednesday.

• Processing payrolls in a timely and accurate manner
• Updating and maintaining in-house records
• Communicating with clients and responding to their requests
• Administrative duties, including but not limited to stuffing checks, making photocopies and shipping packages
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Some experience with payroll processing helpful but not required
• Computer literacy and skills in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and strong math and problem-solving skills
• Integrity and sensitivity for confidential data
• Passion for quality service
