provides payroll processing and reporting services to construction companies across the U.S. We are currently looking for energetic individuals to become part of our payroll processing team. As a payroll processor, you would be responsible for processing multiple client payroll accounts on a weekly basis. Positions are part-time, Monday through Wednesday.
Responsibilities- Processing payrolls in a timely and accurate manner
- Updating and maintaining in-house records
- Communicating with clients and responding to their requests
- Administrative duties, including but not limited to stuffing checks, making photocopies and shipping packages
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Some experience with payroll processing helpful but not required
- Computer literacy and skills in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and strong math and problem-solving skills
- Integrity and sensitivity for confidential data
- Passion for quality service
