Product Manager – MRO Equipment & Solutions

Applied Maintenance Supplies & Solutions invites applicants for the Product Manager role. This position supports the product strategy for industrial maintenance products and will work closely with the sales team to drive profitability.

• Research and analyze our industrial product offering.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize profit and meet corporate growth objectives.
• Participate in overall product strategy, research, and development requirements.
• Drive the planning, negotiation, and evaluation of new products, vendor agreements, programs, and services.
• Manage profitability and performance of existing products and services.
• Collaborate with the field sales force to manage product line inventory levels at Distribution Centers and develop programs to grow sales.
• Manage marketing and sales programs with key vendors and suppliers.

• Minimum 6 months of product and industry‑related work experience or equivalent.
• Position is not eligible for relocation benefits; must be performed on site.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship of work visas will be offered.

• Self‑starter and self‑motivated.
• Strong relationship‑building skills at all levels with internal and external customers and vendors.
