Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN

Join Ovation Rehabilitation Services, LLC for a part‑time Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN position available in Strongsville and Medina, Ohio. This role offers a flexible schedule with 7 days of treatment available to pick up at your convenience, with emphasis on evenings and weekends.

• Administer PT treatment to patients in an outpatient, contract rehabilitation setting.
• Collaborate with OT, PT, PT/OT PTs and inter‑disciplinary staff to design, implement and re‑evaluate treatment plans.
• Document PT sessions in the electronic medical record in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain PT quality metrics and adherence to contract training and credentialing requirements.

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous experience in a contract or private PT setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a high‑volume environment.
• Ability to adapt schedule to evenings and weekends.
