• Adhere to operational security guidelines and principles.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for intelligence and investigative skill sets.
• Proactively source, engage, assess, and attract candidates using targeted sourcing.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure all recruiting practices comply with OFCCP requirements and company policies.
• Track recruiting activity and prepare reports on pipelines, requisition status, and hiring progress.
• Perform other duties and support additional recruiting initiatives as assigned.

• Experience as multiple contest winner for a staffing company is highly preferred.
• Experience as a military recruiter is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field.
