As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer and a member of our Information Technology team, you will be part of a diversified financial services firm that reflects the needs, values, and goals of our customers, employees, communities, and shareholders. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for technology excellence in both business applications and new innovations.

You will provide accurate and cost-efficient security maintenance and support services to internal and external clients. Responsibilities include ongoing management and support of security infrastructure in a large environment. You must be able to analyze situations, assess risks, and determine appropriate actions to remediate risks. Collaboration with internal technology groups to deploy solutions is essential. You must exercise good judgment in handling security-related matters, considering legal and personnel implications.

Providing consulting support within your area of expertise to other internal teams is expected. You will participate in providing 24/7 support of security systems as necessary to proactively protect the company's information integrity, confidentiality, and availability. Administrative tasks include updating and maintaining trouble logs, metrics, time reports, Change Control records, and production documentation. Keeping expertise current through continued education and training on supported security products is required.

Work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM with a 24x7 on-call rotation.

This position is responsible for supporting cybersecurity systems and solutions, specifically authentication and authorization. Support duties include not only break-fix situations but also implementation activities and day-to-day administration of devices and solutions. Opportunities for cross-training on other security platforms are available.

• 4-7 years of experience in Information Technology
• Expert-level understanding of IT concepts including network structures, operating systems, and application architecture
• Strong understanding of web-based applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
