What You’ll Do

• Greet every customer, every time — no exceptions.
• Ask questions, listen actively, and guide customers through a full-service fitting experience.
• Stay curious & continuously learn about footwear, foot health, and orthotic solutions.
• Follow our selling approach to meet and exceed personal sales goals.
• Help maintain a positive, professional environment.
• Stay active, engaged, and present on the sales floor — no standing around.
