Retail Associate – Goodwill Strongsville

As a Retail Associate, you'll play an essential role in creating an inviting and efficient shopping experience. You will support smooth store operations, work collaboratively with a passionate team, and directly contribute to our mission of improving lives through the power of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting shoppers.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Support the team in meeting and exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Actively participate in promoting store promotions and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teammates to overcome challenges and share best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings, offering ideas and insights to improve store performance.
  • Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and conduct inventory counts.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment that aligns with company standards.
  • Adapt to changing business needs, multitask effectively, and stay calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • A passion for retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic retail environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required – we’ll provide the training!
