Retail Sales Associate (part-time) –

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $16.00 per hour (varies by location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience)

• Paid time off up to 152 hours per year (includes PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays)
• Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year (unless otherwise required by law)

What You’ll Do

• Provide a great experience for our customers
• Handle various sales transactions
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements / Who You Are

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; adherence to the attendance policy is necessary
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for the entire shift
