Located in Warrensville Heights, Ohio, the company operates 23 stores across Cleveland and Chicago, along with distribution warehouses, a food production plant, and a corporate office.

The Store Associates adhere to a set of standards that include Professional Appearance, Acknowledging customers with a smile, Evaluating store conditions using the 5-Step QCSSS, thanking colleagues, and engaging customers when appropriate.

• Operate scanners, scales, cash registers and other electronics.
• Accept payments and ensure all prices and quantities are accurate.
• Follow all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards and the purchase of specific items, such as alcohol.
• Follow company standards for proper packing.
• Acquire and share knowledge of the store.
• Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs.
• Attend required corporate meetings and training classes.
• Comply with all personal and food safety company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sense of urgency and ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks.
• Compliance with all company policies and standards.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Production driven, able to work continuously on repetitive tasks, while standing.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work the number of hours required, including occasional additional time.
• Willingness to work a non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and evenings.
