• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options and help them find the best solution.
• Engage with the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
• Maintain flexibility and openness to change in a fast‑paced environment to stay current with evolving technology.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed all sales goals.

• Base salary range: $40,000 to $63,000, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
• Uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers, with salary increasing as sales goals are met or exceeded.
