HVAC Technician

Overview

Banyan Living, renowned for managing high-end residential communities, is actively seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team. This position ensures residents enjoy a comfortable living environment through efficient HVAC services.

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Install new HVAC units and components according to manufacturer specifications
• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Keep detailed records of services performed and any parts replaced
• Educate and communicate with residents about HVAC system use
• Collaborate with team members to address maintenance projects and emergencies

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC training program is desirable
• A valid HVAC technician certification or license is required
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, and repair techniques
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
