General DescriptionAs a Mobile Tire Technician, you operate a cutting‑edge mobile van to install and repair tires for customers at their homes and workplaces while providing outstanding service and tire‑related information.

Responsibilities- Perform basic tire services (mounting, balancing, repairs) using a mobile van to provide convenient service.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and explaining the installation process.
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services, including warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the Roll by Goodyear store network and customer service team.
- Maintain daily independence on your route, safely driving the van between appointments, and representing Roll by Goodyear.
- Conduct proper safety checks when installing tires.
- Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
- Travel to other cities for training or new technology implementation.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- No relocation offered for this position.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Previous tire installation experience (training provided if needed).
- High school diploma/GED.
- Enjoy serving customers and providing top‑of‑the‑line service.
- Work independently, follow schedules, and solve problems while being part of a team.
- Clear communication with customers and colleagues.
- Comfort with technology, mobile applications, and van equipment.
- Excellent time management and flexibility with variable schedules.
- Read, understand, and follow all procedures and guidelines.
- to working 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
