Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Office Coordinator- part time (25hrs split over 5 days)
We are looking for an organised, compassionate and proactive Office Coordinator to keep our daily operations running smoothly and ensure our staff, volunteers and service users receive exceptional support. You will be at the heart of everything—managing enquiries, coordinating volunteers, supporting fundraising and events, overseeing resources, and keeping our office operations on point.
You will thrive in this role if you:- Are a warm, confident communicator who can handle sensitive enquiries with care.
- Keep things impeccably organised—calendars, logistics, records and deadlines.
- Enjoy supporting volunteers and working collaboratively across teams.
- Are comfortable with CRM systems, MS365 and general office administration.
