Location: Stonehouse
Office Administrator – 7064
Location: Stonehouse, Gloucestershire
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £27,000 per annum, depending on experience
Employment Status: Permanent
- Provide general office administration and support the smooth running of the office.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Accounts teams.
- Process and maintain accurate records, documentation and company information.
- Handle customer enquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist with quotations, customer orders and general sales administration.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and colleagues across the business.
- Support the processing of invoices, purchase orders and other financial administration.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist with customer returns, deliveries and related administration.
- Prepare reports and information as required.
- Provide holiday and absence cover for colleagues.
- Support the company's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and maintain accurate records.
- Carry out other reasonable administrative duties as required.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Friendly, approachable and professional manner.
- Confident telephone and email communication skills.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.

- Previous experience in office administration, customer service or sales administration.
- Experience working within a small business or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
- Experience supporting Sales and Accounts functions.
- Experience processing orders, quotations, invoices or purchase orders.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
