We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Administrator to support our Asbestos and CCTV Drainage department. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll play a key part in booking orders and liaising with customers, coordinating surveys, managing documentation, and ensuring our customers experience runs smoothly from start to finish.

As a central point of contact for both clients and internal teams, you’ll help deliver a seamless service while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer care.

Location:

Eastington GL10 3AQ

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-16.30pm.

Responsibilities for the job role:
  • Act as a central point of contact for client enquiries relating to asbestos surveys and CCTV drainage inspections

  • Schedule and coordinate site visits, surveys, and inspections with surveyors and clients

  • Process job orders, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded on internal systems

  • Liaise with surveyors, engineers, and department heads to ensure timely service delivery

  • Manage and maintain compliance documentation, including asbestos reports and drainage inspection records

  • Upload, track, and distribute survey reports to clients in a timely manner

  • Support the preparation of quotations, job packs, and operational paperwork

  • Carry out data entry on internal systems

  • Handle invoice queries and assist with billing processes where required

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with company and regulatory requirements
