Müller is seeking an enthusiastic Operational Excellence Facilitator to join the Severnside site. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site, coaching teams in Lean, TPM and Six Sigma to optimise value and embed a culture of improvement.
Reporting to the Operations Excellence lead, you will use data-driven problem solving to identify opportunities, deploy Lean tools, and deliver sustainable performance improvements while collaborating across departments.
