Every piece we create is rooted in comfort, confidence, and function. We’re growing fast and we’re looking for an experienced Activewear Designer who genuinely understands what it means to design for women who want to feel good in their bodies.
The RoleThis is a hands‑on, mid‑level design role for someone with a minimum of 5 years’ experience designing active wear / womenswear. You’ll be involved from concept to production, helping bring thoughtful, problem‑solving pieces to life that our community truly connects with.
This role isn’t about designing for trends alone. It’s about designing for movement, comfort, and confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing- Designing active wear pieces that feel as good as they look
- Creating clear, detailed tech packs covering construction, measurements, fabrics, and trims
- Designing with fit and function front of mind, across core and seasonal styles
- Researching fabrics, finishes, and construction methods that support comfort and performance
- Working closely with garment technologists and manufacturers to perfect fit and feel Attending fit sessions and confidently refining designs through sampling stages
- Designing with inclusivity in mind, understanding different body shapes and support needs
- Managing multiple styles and timelines in a fast‑moving environment
- Balancing creativity with commercial awareness and production realities
- Minimum 5 years’ experience designing active wear or performance‑led apparel
- A deep understanding of active wear fabrics, stretch, support, and construction
- Strong experience creating accurate, production‑ready tech packs
- Confidence in fit development and problem‑solving through sampling
- A designer who understands that comfort and confidence are just as important as aesthetics
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a growing brand
- A collaborative mindset and clear communication style
- Experience designing for inclusive or extended size ranges
- Experience working in a DTC or scaling brand
- You’ll help shape products that genuinely support women
- You’ll have real creative ownership and influence
- You’ll work in a brand built on community
