South Gloucestershire & Stroud College is seeking a Customer Experience Officer for our Stroud Campus. The role is part-time, on-site, and involves front-line engagement with visitors, switchboard duties, and safeguarding responsibilities.
The working pattern totals 10 hours per week across a few afternoons/evenings. You will maintain knowledge of courses, handle enquiries within 48 hours, and support the experience of learners and staff.
