Ecotricity is seeking a Domestic Metering Administrator to manage gas and electricity metering works, coordinate with meter agents, and process metering queries to keep customers on supply. The role involves maintaining accurate customer data, liaising with external parties, and supporting the roll-out of Smart meters.
You will use Salesforce, Junifer and AFMS systems, resolve inquiries within agreed timescales, and contribute to improving metering processes and settlement accuracy.
