Job Overview

M  Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Dursley, Gloucestershire to recruit a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Will consider notice periods.
• Independent, fully private practice established for over 50 years.
• Full‑time opportunity – 4‑5 days per week, Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5pm.

• Opportunity to progress into management / multi‑site management.

• Discuss high‑value treatment plans and manage marketing leads.
• Provide support throughout the patient journey and manage diary appointments & treatment schedules.
• Be comfortable discussing finance options (training can be provided) & timelines, building & maintaining strong relationships with patients.
• Social media management & use of CRM platforms such as Dengro.
• Attention to detail & the ability to work to deadlines is essential.

• Self‑motivated with sound clinical knowledge of general & specialist treatments.
• GDC registration preferred but not essential.
• Experience in general dentistry alongside cosmetic dentistry.
• Valid DBS required.

• 5‑surgery, computerised Dentally practice with digital X‑rays & Rotary Endo.
• Parking available at the practice.
• Commutable from Gloucester & Bristol.
• No visa/sponsorship offered.
