£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus Scheme + Long-Term Progression

This established landscape consultancy has over 20 years of experience delivering landscape planning and design services across residential, commercial, public and environmental projects. Working on projects ranging from individual homes through to large-scale developments, the business has built a strong reputation through quality work, a collaborative team and long-standing client relationships.
You will take a lead role across projects, managing client relationships, developing landscape strategies, preparing fee proposals, attending site visits and supporting project delivery. You will also play an important role in supporting the wider team and helping shape the continued success of the business.
This role would suit an experienced Landscape Architect or similar design professional who enjoys responsibility, client interaction and working in a smaller consultancy environment. You will be confident managing projects, communicating with stakeholders and looking to build a long-term career.

The Role:- Leading landscape planning and master planning projects across a range of sectors
- Managing clients, fee proposals, project strategies and site visits
- Supporting the wider team and delivering high-quality project outcomes
- Experienced Landscape Architect or similar design professional
- Background in landscape planning, master planning or technical design
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software
