Sixth Form Study Supervisor & Academic Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting young people with their A Level studies, helping them to realise their aspirations, and contributing to the positive, aspirational atmosphere that defines SHSF. You will enjoy working collaboratively as part of a dynamic and supportive team, committed to academic excellence and student wellbeing.

• Support students with individual academic plans and pupil profiles
• Work with Sixth Form students to develop organisation, time management, and revision strategies
• Provide one‑to‑one mentoring, particularly for students with additional learning or pastoral needs
• Supervise independent study sessions, ensuring a focused and productive learning environment
• Support the Sixth Form team with administrative tasks related to work placements and enrichment activities

Scale 5 - Points 11‑14 £ 28,141 ­– £29,540 FTE
Part‑time – 37 hours per week, term time only plus inset
Actual Salary - £23,610 ­– £24,784 per annum (FTE 0.839). Required ASAP.
