We’re looking for a
Maintenance Team Leader
to play a key role in leading the engineering team being the escalation point of contact, planning in the maintenance works, contractor management and everything in between. If you thrive on problem-solving and want to work with advanced technology, this is your chance to make an impact.

• Hands‑on shop floor leadership as the
  Maintenance Team Leader and escalation point
• Leading and developing engineers, mentoring apprentices
• Resource planning and plant cover
• CMMS analysis, planned maintenance, PMS
• RCA, 5 Why, FMECA, RCM
• Contractor and supplier management
• Maintenance Excellence roadmap & 5S
• OEM liaison and standardisation

What We’re Looking For

• Completed engineering apprenticeship
• Strong hands‑on engineering background within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Proven experience leading people and/or contractors - essential (this may be as a Team Leader, Shift Lead or Supervisor)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
