Our client, a well-established engineering and manufacturing business, is seeking a Graduate Draughtsperson to join their team in Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a CAD background and an interest in design to develop their technical skills within an engineering environment.
Position Details- Graduate Draughtsperson
- Permanent Position
- Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (DOE)
- Monday to Friday
- Gloucestershire
- Produce and amend technical drawings using CAD software, supporting the design of components and assemblies
- Work with the engineering team to develop designs in line with project specifications and technical requirements
- Assist with design updates, drawing revisions, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and quality
- Manage workloads effectively and collaborate with colleagues to meet project deadlines
- CAD experience, ideally with Autodesk Inventor, although Solid Works or similar packages will be considered
- Experience creating or working with technical drawings
- Interest in design and a relevant engineering background or qualification preferred
- Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge within an engineering environment
