Financial Controller

The Role

As Financial Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of the business and supporting strategic decision-making at all levels. You’ll be responsible for managing reporting cycles, improving financial systems, and providing accurate analysis to drive performance.

DAY TO DAY:

* Managing monthly and annual financial reporting cycles

* Conducting contract and project reviews to support performance and profitability

* Overseeing cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management

* Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

* Providing financial insights and analysis to departmental managers

* Driving continuous improvement across financial systems and controls

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

* ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) qualification

* 1–5 years’ experience in a senior finance role

* Strong analytical, communication, and IT skills

* Experience with financial software and reporting tools

* A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

Salary: up too £45,000 per annum
