Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation in the search for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their HR team.

Based in Petersfield and paying circa £35,000, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Officer who enjoys taking ownership of training coordination, building strong relationships across a business and ensuring employees have the skills and development opportunities they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with managers and internal stakeholders to identify current and future learning requirements

Research, source and onboard suitable external training providers

Manage training bookings, joining instructions, learning materials and certification

Maintain accurate training records, competency information and associated documentation

Coordinate professional development, apprenticeship and other development programmes

Support the delivery of employee inductions

Coordinate work experience placements and liaise with education providers and internal stakeholders

About you

Recent experience within a Learning & Development or training-focused role

Highly organised with the ability to coordinate multiple courses and priorities simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident presenting, facilitating or delivering training to groups

Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent Learning & Development qualification would be desirable but not essential
