• Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 Basic Salary (Depending on experience).

As a key member of our Stroud technical team (Vehicle Technician / Mechanic), you will:

• Premium Servicing: Carry out routine maintenance and vehicle servicing to high standards.
• Diagnostics: Use modern equipment for fault finding and mechanical problem-solving.
• Mechanical Repairs: Handle a wide range of repairs on various makes and models.
• MOT Prep: Ensure vehicles are prepared and compliant for MOT testing.
• Quality Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop presence.

• Experience: Proven track record as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
• Technical Skill: Good diagnostic and mechanical skills are essential.
• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 is preferred, but we value time-served experience.
• Compliance: A full UK driving licence is required.
• Mindset: A positive attitude and a desire to work as part of a collaborative team.
