The Rewards- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year basic (Tailored directly to your technical experience and skill level).

Your RoleAs a vital Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in our Stroud facility, you will:
- Carry out routine vehicle servicing
, scheduled maintenance, safety inspections, and mechanical repairs across a wide variety of makes and models. - Use modern diagnostic equipment for precise fault-finding, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical problem-solving.
- Complete thorough maintenance & prep work
, ensuring every vehicle meets top-tier quality and safety standards. - Maintain precise digital job records and keep workshop standards clean, organized, and safety-focused.
- Qualifications &
Experience:
NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or City & Guilds / time-served equivalent). At least 3 years of hands-on experience in vehicle repairs, servicing, and diagnostics. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it). - Licensing: Full UK driving licence is essential.
An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required. - Equipment & Mindset: Must possess your own hand tools to manage daily repair tasks effectively. Collaborative team player with strong customer care skills and pride in quality workmanship.
