Minchinhampton | Temp to Perm | £17-£18 per hour | Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm | Immediate Start
Introduction
We are recruiting for a reliable and experienced Yard Man to join a privately owned groundworks business based in Minchinhampton. This is an ongoing role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role
Organise and maintain the yard and equipment.
Manage the site compound efficiently.
Load and unload plant, tools, and materials.
Collect equipment using a company-branded vehicle.
Ensure the yard remains safe, tidy, and well organised.
Requirements
Valid 7.5 tonne licence - essential.
Previous experience in a yard or construction environment.
Proactive, skilled, and strong work ethic.
Reliable and punctual.
What We Offer
Temp to Perm opportunity.
Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm.
Competitive pay at £17-£18 per hour.
