Process Operative 6820
Location: Stroud
Hours: 39 hours per week – Day Shift
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Friday: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
(30-minute daily unpaid break)
Salary: £12.21– £13.50 per hour (Subject to experience)
Key Responsibilities of a Masker – Aerospace Components- Mask aerospace components prior to paint spraying using tape and specialist masking materials.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in the masking process to meet strict aerospace industry standards.
- Work closely with paint operatives to ensure components are prepared to the correct specification.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
- Follow detailed process instructions and work to production schedules.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good manual dexterity and steady hands.
- Willingness to train and learn new skills.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment would be advantageous, though not essential.
