This is an excellent opportunity for a metrology professional with strong CMM programming and inspection experience to join a forward-thinking manufacturing business committed to quality, precision, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities

Operate and program CMM equipment to inspect and measure manufactured components.
Create, maintain, and optimise measurement routines for goods-in, in-process, and final inspection activities.
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
Analyse measurement data and generate detailed dimensional inspection reports.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment.
Ensure repeatability and reproducibility (R&R) of measurement systems.
Raise and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) where products or processes do not meet specification.
Support Engineering and Production Engineering with new product introduction (NPI) activities.
Collaborate with production, engineering, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
