Specsavers in Stroud is seeking a proactive Call Centre Assistant to enhance the customer experience in-store. No prior optics experience is necessary; enthusiasm and dedication to customer service are paramount. You will contribute to a supportive store environment while assisting both customers and staff. The position offers 30 hours per week at up to £12.91 per hour, alongside various employee benefits, including pension contributions and discounts on eyecare and hearcare.
