The Role As a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator, you will:
Welcome buyers and vendors, delivering an exceptional customer experience Register applicants and match them with suitable properties Arrange and conduct property viewings Proactively market and promote newly listed properties Generate valuation opportunities and identify new business Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process Support the wider team in achieving branch targets and business objectives Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator Requirements:
Recent residential estate agency experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Ambitious, career-driven, and motivated to achieve results Hard-working with a proactive attitude Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also performing independently Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Full UK driving licence What's on Offer?
