Location: Whitminster

Counterbalance Fortklift Driver required in Whitminster, Gloucestershire to work as a warehouse and production operative Pay: £12.21 - £13.00 per hour,

Shifts:

Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00 with possible shifts moving to mornings, evenings and nights

Contract:

Temporary ongoing, with temp-to-perm opportunities

Pertemps are recruiting for Counterbalance Truck Drivers to join a leading food distribution company based in Stonehouse (GL10). This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a reputable and expanding business.

Key Duties
Operating a Counterbalance Truck safely and efficiently
High-level picking and stock replenishment
Goods In: unloading deliveries, stock put-away, rework as required
Goods Out: scanning/voice picking, packing, dispatch, quality checks
Lifting, loading, stacking and wrapping pallets of stock
Manual handling and heavy lifting required
Support production and manufacturing process

What We’re Looking For

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck certificate
Proven Forklift Truck driving experience
Previous warehouse and production experience
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Good attention to detail and communication skills
Physically fit and able to follow detailed instructions
Flexibility to support the team when needed

Pay & Benefits

£12.21 - £13.00 per hour
Overtime after 40 hours
On-site Health & Safety induction on your first day
