HGV Class 1 Driver - Nights

HGV Class 1 Driver  Stroud - Ongoing Work   £16.62 per hour | Monday to Friday | Ongoing Until September | Immediate Starts
M4 Recruitment is currently recruiting for experienced  HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Drivers  to join one of our well-established clients in Stroud.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UK's biggest retailers trunking from store to depot.

The Role   As an HGV Class 1 Driver, your responsibilities will include:
Trunking from store to depot

Assisting with unloading alongside an experienced on-site team

Moving equipment on wheels, with  no heavy manual lifting required

Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks

Completing delivery paperwork accurately

Following all transport legislation, driver hours, and health & safety procedures

Working Hours     Monday to Friday

Start times between 2:00am and 4:00am

Occasional Saturday work may be available depending on the event schedule

Ongoing work available until  September

Immediate starts available

Pay      £16.62 per hour

Weekly pay

Requirements    To be considered, you'll need:
A valid  HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence

A valid  Driver CPC qualification

A valid  Digital Tachograph Card

A minimum of 1 years' Class 1 driving experience  (insurance requirement)

No more than 9 penalty points

A good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations

A reliable, professional, and flexible approach to work
