Location:

• Supervise and lead warehouse operatives during the shift, ensuring all picking, packing, loading and dispatch activities run efficiently.
• Allocate and manage workloads to meet daily targets, ensuring productivity, accuracy and on‑time order fulfilment.
• Monitor warehouse performance and resolve operational issues such as delays, stock discrepancies or equipment problems in real time.
• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety procedures, company policies and warehouse operating standards at all times.
• Communicate with warehouse management and other departments at shift handover, providing updates on performance, issues and completed tasks.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a minimum of 12 months experience supervising or leading a warehouse or logistics team.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight operational deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations, ensuring full compliance and maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to operational issues under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate between warehouse staff, transport teams and management to ensure smooth operations.
