• $18.25/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM (some areas 3:00 PM 11:00 PM)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Required 6-day work-week
• Mandatory overtime

As a Forklift Driver in our Struthers facility, you will operate a forklift to move, load, and stage aluminum extrusion products with accuracy and safety in mind. • Operate sit‑down or stand‑up forklifts to move materials throughout the shipping area.
• Load and unload trucks with finished aluminum products, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure loads.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders using shipping documents and labels.
• Inspect materials for accuracy, damage, or defects before shipment.
• Follow all tracking steps using scanners, labels, and shipping paperwork.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe according to company guidelines.
• Communicate with supervisors, production teams, and transportation partners to support on‑time shipments.
• Complete routine forklift inspections and report mechanical issues.
• Assist with inventory counts and general material organization as needed.

• Previous forklift experience required. Certification is preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Experience with aluminum or metal products is helpful.
• Ability to read shipping orders and basic documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.
